2015年10月31日、かながわ学生デモ実行委員会とママの会＠神奈川が、「10.31はろうぃんぱれ〜ど−安保法制、廃止しないとイタズラしちゃうぞっ！−」を開催しました。
掃部山(かもんやま)公園から桜木町駅まで、観光客で賑わう横浜の繁華街を、様々なハロウィンコスチュームをまとった子ども連れのママたちが、コールや歌で「誰のこどもも殺させない」と安保法制廃止をアピールしながらパレードしました。

また、福島第一原発と同程度の原子炉を積んでいることから、もしもの事故やテロが起きると、東京が避難地域になるほど首都圏に近いところに原発があるということになります。

しかし、軍事機密の壁により、トモダチ作戦の放射能被害も空母の原子炉情報も、公開されることはありません。

特に注目を集めていたのは、与党公明党の支持母体である創価学会員による、公明党執行部への批判の動きでした。

オスプレイ、横須賀に初飛来

米海兵隊の輸送機ＭＶ２２オスプレイ１機が、10月２５日、米海軍横須賀基地に初めて飛来・着陸しました。

米空軍横田基地から飛び立ったオスプレイは、午前10時過ぎに北西方面から横須賀の上空を固定翼モードで横切り、一度海上に。その後、進行方向を代えて転換モードにより猿島方面から基地内のヘリポートに着陸。１０時４５分頃離陸し海上へ。１１時頃に再び着陸、同１１時１１分に同基地を飛び立ち去り、城ヶ島先を西へと向かっていきました。

１回めの離陸後、数台の消防車がサイレンを鳴らしながらヘリポート方面に向かっていきました。
２回目の離陸後、それまで基地の沖に停泊していた海上保安庁の艦艇も去っていきました。

10時過ぎの横須賀への飛来はウェルニー公園にて撮影。
その後三笠公園から撮影。
離着陸の映像は2回目の様子です。

※オスプレイの沖縄配備前の２０１２年９月、日米合同委員会で交わされた合意事項。
「ＭＶ２２は、通常、ほとんどの時間を固定翼モードで飛行する。運用上必要な場合を除き、ＭＶ２２は、通常、米軍の施設及び区域内においてのみ垂直離着陸モードで飛行し、転換モードでの飛行時間をできる限り限定する」。

※過去７回の墜落事故では、ヘリモードでのものが３件、転換モードのときに４件。

※10月19日の和歌山県潮岬での「防災訓練」に「参加」したオスプレイは、排気熱により離陸後の地面の芝が燃え、消防が鎮火している。

昼は国会周辺、夕方は秋葉原でパーツ探し、夜、日比谷野音から再び国会を一周し、二つのコースのデモを追っかけ。

よく歩きました。気温が暖かかったので、防寒着が暑く汗をかきました。

昼の国会は、国会見学する小学生のバスが多かったのですが、どのバスの子どもたちも抗議行動中の人たちに手を振ってくれました。そういえば私か小学生の頃も、校庭で「アンポハンタイ」なんてリズムをとって遊んでいたのを思い出しました。子どもにとって、日常と離れた「まつりごと」は、気持ちが昂ぶり楽しいことなんですよね。それは人間の本来持つ本能なんじゃないかな。
自由・解放の呼びかけとファシズムの誘惑。
将来の可能性であり、危険性でもあるわけで、どちらが説得力をもつかの勝負ですね。

追浜で車椅子マラソン開催

地域住民と企業が一緒になって手作りする「全国車椅子マラソンin横須賀-日産カップ追浜チャンピオンシップ」。
第14回になる今年は12月1日に開催されました。
